Enjoyed touring Pacific Center with Rodney Richerson and Benjamin Yan of Sterling Bay yesterday. This 500,000sf purpose built lab/office project is the nicest, newest project in Sorrento Mesa and will have amazing on-site amenities. The views are 360 and it has a very unique scale and feel. All site work is expected to wrap up between December and March (for the amenities). Can't wait to see the finished product! Oh, and there's a 2nd phase that can take it to 800k!
