We had the pleasure of welcoming our partners at Crestbrick to Manchester last week along with over 130 international property investors. The weekend was a fantastic opportunity for investors to tour the city, visit their apartments under our care and learn about the best upcoming opportunities. The Top Gun themed finale dinner on Saturday was a huge success and rounded off a busy week with the opportunity to connect socially and enjoy some delicious food (and dancing) at The Imperial War Museum. Cheers to a fantastic partnership and successful year!

Last week our team shared a festive drink with our partners at RENAKER to celebrate our mutual successes throughout 2024. Sharing a goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience, we're proud to support hundreds of Renaker's buyers each year as they complete on investment property in Manchester. Thank you to the amazing sales team for all your support this year, and to Miracle on the Avenue in Spinningfields for a great Christmassy night.

On Friday, our team came together for our annual Settio Christmas meal… Hosted at Piccolino in Manchester, the evening was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our achievements and reflect on our progress throughout 2024. Thank you to our amazing team for all their hard work this year.

It’s been a busy few weeks for our specialist inventory team, with hundreds of tenants welcomed into their new homes as well as 146 mid-term inspections completed for our landlords. For a well-deserved reward, the team enjoyed a successful escape from the Alice in Puzzleland experience at EscapeHunt Manchester.

Thanks to Abigail Varga at P1 Fitness Studio for the expert insight and coaching during our first Women’s Power Hour Lunch earlier yesterday. The interactive session was packed with valuable tips, covering everything from staying fit to training specifically for women, with a focus on weightlifting, and advice on the best supplement stacks and planning your diet to regulate hormones. We all definitely left feeling inspired and empowered, thanks to Abby’s knowledge!
