We are #hiring for Test Technicians, ALL SHIFTS! Under the guidance of the Test Engineers and Manager, the position will support various processes across the floor within a contract manufacturing environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Testing products for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance. Examining and investigating specific aspects and components of products in question. Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered. Providing recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders. Maintaining lab and testing equipment regularly. Discussing findings with other team members. Implementing changes in testing protocols as required. Consulting with senior management about testing results. Reporting any issues through the appropriate channels. Recommending technical and procedural additions to test processes. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in lieu of an academic degree. Experience 2+ years of direct experience working in automated assembly involving all or some of the following processes: SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, ultrasonic welding. Hands on experience with optimizing processes and automated equipment Strong work ethic and drive to succeed. Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Drives Performance: Holds self and others accountable for the achievement of performance expectations. Creates an environment that enables others to perform at their best. Acts Decisively: Makes and acts on decisions quickly and effectively and fosters the same in others. This is based on an underlying courage to enable risk-taking for the business. Ability to support engineers in multiple projects and tasks with reasonable prioritization. Impactful Insights: Demonstrates ability to pull together insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance for brand teams that result in a business decision or action. Collaboration: Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; ability to gain consensus and act within a matrix team environment; ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion that drives to business action. Incumbent must be able to operate a computer and be Office proficient. Lift/carry 40lb. Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head. This position may require extended periods of standing, and walking. Must be present on the production floor at all times. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary. Associates will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required. Willingness to cross-train and be cross-trained.
