The New York City Police Foundation has igned an 11-year, 7,803-square-foot lease at RXR's 530 5th Avenue. Josh Berg and Alexander Kesseler from Newmark negotiated on behalf of the tenant while RXR’s Andrew Ackerman (pictured) and Walter Rooney (pictured, bottom) brokered the deal for the landlord with help from John Ryan, Patrick Steffens and Joseph Gervino of Avison Young. RXR is proud to receive an award for today’s 2024 Breakthrough Awards Breakfast with Commercial Observer for our public private partnership with the City of New Rochelle for the development of Two Clinton Park. Located at 50 Clinton Place, Two Clinton Park offers 390 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. The tower has nearly 24,000 square feet of amenities and more than 7,500 square feet of retail space, with views of the Long Island Sound, spacious layouts and high-end finishes.  Two Clinton Park is a testament of strategic and well executed public private partnerships that repurpose and create sanctuary for residents and the neighboring community. Consulting firm Guidehouse and two other tenants have signed deals at RXR’s 75 Rockefeller Plaza. In the biggest deal, Guidehouse signed a 10-year lease to relocate from 685 Third Avenue and occupy 45,125 square feet on the ninth and 10th floors of 75 Rock. Bruce Mosler (pictured) and Anthony LoPresti from Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the tenant. RXR was represented in-house by Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney and Heidi Steinegger along with a C&W team of Mosler, LoPresti, Ethan Silverstein, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca Di Mauro. RXR was delighted to host PTECH Family Day in the sun-filled atrium of RXR Plaza on Saturday, November 16th, for students of the Uniondale, Freeport and Wyandanch School Districts and their parents. RXR serves as the Industry Partner for Uniondale’s NYS P-Tech Grant, which allows selected students from the three consortium districts to earn an associate’s degree from Vaughn College during their 4-year high school career, gaining hands on experience, mentorship, networking and college level coursework in animation and technology along the way! The event also gave students the opportunity to meet with various representatives of private technology companies and community stakeholders.  HUGE thank you to Superintendent of Uniondale Schools, Dr. Monique Darrisaw-Akil and Project Manager, Dr. Corrinne Graham (NYS MWBE)!

Law firm Ropes & Gray LLP Gray is moving to roughly 430,000 square feet at RXR’s 1285 Avenue of the Americas. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Weiss and Newmark’s Moshe Sukenik brokered the deal for the tenant, while RXR’s William Elder (pictured) represented the landlord in-house.
