RXR is proud to receive an award for today’s 2024 Breakthrough Awards Breakfast with Commercial Observer for our public private partnership with the City of New Rochelle for the development of Two Clinton Park. Located at 50 Clinton Place, Two Clinton Park offers 390 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. The tower has nearly 24,000 square feet of amenities and more than 7,500 square feet of retail space, with views of the Long Island Sound, spacious layouts and high-end finishes.  Two Clinton Park is a testament of strategic and well executed public private partnerships that repurpose and create sanctuary for residents and the neighboring community.
