We had a blast at the recent James Madison University football game with this season's Top Dog experience winner, 9-year-old Lacey from Luray! Meet Levi McDaniel, a Youth Apprentice here at RBI! Levi joined us in May, working full-time over the summer and now part-time while finishing high school at William Monroe High School. He’s also taken carpentry, welding, and HVAC classes at Greene County Tech Center. When asked about his experience at RBI, Levi shared that he enjoys learning something new every day and appreciates the helpful, supportive culture where everyone is willing to teach. Levi’s future goals include working in our welding department, which we love to hear! Here’s another example of top-notch craftsmanship from our team, this time on the stainless steel roof ductwork for a healthcare project. Our skilled sheet metal shop fabricated the ductwork and passed the project off to our field crews to expertly install.   Projects like this show the importance of teamwork and the expertise of every role at RBI. Back in August, we installed these large sleeves in the concrete walls at the University of Virginia Fontaine Chiller Plant. Now, we’re excited to showcase the next step—underground HDPE utility piping expertly placed through those very sleeves.   These systems are a vital part of ensuring efficient operations, and seeing it all come together makes us so proud of our skilled team.   #RBI #UtilityPiping #UVA #TeamworkInAction
