While wrapping up the year, Nunn takes a moment to reflect on 2024 and express our gratitude for our hard working team, our amazing clients/owners, and incredible design partners. In anticipation of the projects we will build in 2025, we take this time to retrospect on this the last year of Building Projects That Matter. In 2024, Nunn Construction... Completed 29 large projects (15 of which were started & completed in 2024) Broke ground on 15 new projects Completed 17 special projects Celebrated 15 project milestone events including groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and grand openings. See Our Signs at COS | When traveling for the holidays, you may have spotted our orange signs at the Colorado Springs Airport. This means that our team has been hard at work to make important improvements to this vital transportation hub. This multi-phased project includes a remodel of the entire concourse and a newly completed oversized baggage system. We would like to thank our incredible collaborative partners at RS&H and Senger Design Group. Nunn has built several Career Technical Education (CTE) spaces including auto shops, workshops, laboratories, and classrooms. These collaborative learning spaces allow students educational pathways for gaining career and technical skills. Such courses can offer a range of different fields of study including metalworking, engineering, mechanical, cooking/culinary, business, computer programing, cyber security, robotics, and more. Nunn's experience with creating these kinds of spaces for students and staff that meets their needs with flexibility, is just one of the many reasons why we love partnering with local school districts. AGC ACE Awards | Congrats to the Nunn Team who worked on the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind ADA Playground for winning at this year's Associated General Contractors of Colorado ACE Awards! Nunn won the silver award for the Best Building Project for General Contractor Under $10 Million award category. Shout out to our incredible team including Manuel Gonzalez, Cole Albright, and Gilberto Santiago and all those who worked on this impactful project.
