Recently the team met to review 2024 and how well we progressed toward our goals. Some highlights include: - 100 new We Help Ourselves (WHO) subscribers which amounts to 150,000 students served - 45 mothers served through Mothers and Babies with 4 facilitators - The return of our Peer Support Groups each week - The successful launch of Young Professionals - 11 COMI speakers over the course of the year - And so much more! We couldn't do any of this without the support of friends like you. Please consider a gift to help us carry the momentum into 2025 at https://lnkd.in/g8b25Sv8.

With holidays right around the corner, here are a few more ideas for self-care. Self-care is so important during busy times or times of stress, and the holidays can be both. Self-care doesn't mean overindulgence, it is intentional steps we take to care for ourselves just like we care for those around us.

If you're struggling, come join one of our support groups. The Anxiety Peer Support Group meets every Wednesday, 12-1pm, both in-person and online. You can sign up and find the Zoom info at https://lnkd.in/guRkNRkj. Pass the information on! The holidays can be stressful but you don't have to navigate them alone. 💜
