We're pleased to announce the delivery of our latest Cost Rental homes in Parkside, Belmayne, Dublin 13. Applications for Parkside opened this morning and will close at 5pm on Wednesday 8 January, an extended application period considering the demands on people over the festive season. Parkside provides 80 brand new, A-rated apartments offered for rent at a 29% discount on local market rents. In addition to the low cost to run these brand-new homes, new Cost Rental residents will also benefit from secure, life-long tenancies and high-quality, responsive management and maintenance. 🚀 The Land Development Agency (LDA) has today announced that it is opening the application process for 195 cost rental homes in Shanganagh Castle Estate in Shankill, delivered in partnership with Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council (DLR). 🔓 The application portal for the homes will open at 12 noon on Tuesday 10 December 2024 and will remain open for a week, while the lottery will be run in the first week of January 2025.  📃 Would-be applicants are urged to closely study the eligibility criteria for cost rental homes and to ensure they fulfil the requirements. Applicants for these cost rental homes must have a net household income of below €66,000. They must also be able to afford the advertised rent, which should not account for more than 35% of their monthly net income.   🏘️The 195 homes include 19 studio apartments, 40-one beds, 107 two-beds and 29-three beds. The monthly rent for a studio apartment is €1,175 and the rent for a one-bed is €1,250.
