Struggling to integrate your B2B ecommerce website with Orderwise? We've been integrating websites with OrderWise for more than a decade. Here's how our integration makes a difference for our clients: 1. Flexible sync frequency Whether you're using the API or eCommerce Sessions, we work with our clients to understand how frequently data across different entities needs to sync. For example, we would export stock levels, customer pricing, and sales order statuses from OrderWise and import new website orders in near or real-time, whereas more stable entities such as customers, categories, and products would be synced once or twice per day to limit the impact on the website performance. 2. Reduced manual admin If you are manually updating your website to keep customer, product, and price information up-to-date, or worse still, you're manually entering website orders into OrderWise, we could literally save you hundreds of hours! Over the years we have refined our integration to be able to work with almost any entity in OrderWise. As a minimum we would recommend syncing the following entities: ▪️ Customers ▪️ Products & Variants ▪️ Customer Pricing ▪️ Stock Levels ▪️ Sales Orders More advanced integrations will include entities like: ▪️ Contacts ▪️ Invoices & Credit Notes ▪️ Delivery Methods & Groups ▪️ Currencies ▪️ Tax Rates 3. Improved Customer Experience Today's B2B buyers prefer a buying experience without a sales rep, so it's important they have all the information they need to make an informed purchasing decision. With more data being synced more frequently with your ecommerce website, customers are able to see real-time stock levels and up-to-date pricing (not just RSP), as well as order statuses and other additional information that empowers them to self-manage their account. TAKEAWAY: Our OrderWise integrations handle thousands of orders every month, saving our clients hundreds of hours and delivering a superior experience for their customers. 4 ways #B2B companies are using #ecommerce to nail their customer retention strategies 📱They make it easy for customers to reach them anywhere with an omnichannel presence 🛒They offer a self-service customer experience to meet the demands of modern buyers 🚧 They remove barriers to purchase by putting product information and stock availability at their customers fingertips 📈 They use ecommerce data to provide actionable insights that continuously enhance the customer experience For modern buyers, customer retention strategies built on tins of biscuits 🍪 and monthly visit from a sales rep 👴 have long since lost their appeal. Modern buyers place more value on convenience than relationships and their expectations are constantly evolving, with technological advancements opening up new opportunities that constantly change the game. Want to know how you can improve your customer retention strategy? Let's start a conversation - https://lnkd.in/guzP4MBN
📈 How B2B companies grow without increasing sales headcount We see many companies still processing 100% of sales orders manually - taking 5-10 minutes per order - and as they grow they have to employ more people to process the additional orders. This is one area where ecommerce can offer HUGE return on investment 💰 By leveraging ecommerce and developing strategies to get customers to order online means less sales admin and an infinitely scalable resource that will grow with your business.
