The mission of Brighton Marine aligns closely with our own. We know that our leaders Ryan O'Donnell and Melissa Teves will provide valuable insight and contribute to lasting changes through this new Transformation Committee. https://lnkd.in/ewRxQ6xk #MilitaryHealthcare #USFHP

Joining in the 125-year tradition, Navy veteran Julie Ann Fenstermaker, Temekia Butler and Melissa Teves attended the annual Army-Navy game at Northwest Stadium. Employees who donated to our giving campaign in support of United Way of Central Maryland were entered into a raffle drawing for the tickets. It was a real thrill to be immersed in a game steeped in the history of two of our esteemed armed forces branches. These colleagues enjoyed spectacular fly-overs, daring parachute jumps and a 31-13 Navy victory. Who were you rooting for? #ArmyNavyGame #MilitaryCommunity

Priority Partners and their new mascot named "Cubby" launched two new mini food pantries on Giving Tuesday. The pantries are part of the Priority Partners Cupboards Project and stocked with food for the underserved Maryland communities. The newest Cupboards can be found at the Laurel Armory and Bladensburg Town Hall in Prince George's County. We’re thrilled to see the difference the initiative is making and grateful for the support and coverage from WTOP and NBC Washington! "My heart is heavy today with the tragic news of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson's passing. This is a profound loss for the entire health care community. Brian's leadership and contributions have left an indelible mark on our industry, and his absence will be deeply felt. On behalf of Johns Hopkins Health Plans, I extend my deepest condolences to Brian’s family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time." -J.P. Holland, President and CEO

We recently shared our participation at the American Diabetes Association's State of Diabetes event, sharing our perspective on combating the disease. We are also actively working to prevent diabetes in our communities. Recently, Priority Partners sponsored a diabetes prevention session for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Spreading information about nutrition, physical activity and other healthy lifestyle habits is an important way to improve the health of populations. #DiabetesPrevention
