    Special people + special moments = the best start to our annual end-of-year shutdown. ❤️ We wrapped up the year in style with celebrations together in Zoom holiday hangouts (because being a remote-first org doesn't spare anyone from an ugly sweater!) and across our IPSY offices for those nearby.     We are so honored to have partnered with Netflix's #TheSixTripleEight for an unforgettable evening full of laughter, joy, community, and heartwarming stories. Our VIP event in Los Angeles celebrated the incredible bravery, shared experiences, and unique beauty of active and retired servicewomen. They were treated to professional hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling before attending the red carpet premiere of The Six Triple Eight. In true IPSY fashion, the night also featured surprise appearances from two of the film’s stars, #KerryWashington and #EbonyObsidian —one of the night's many touching moments. We are deeply moved and inspired by these amazing women and the powerful story of The Six Triple Eight—and couldn't be more proud to honor them. At IPSY, our Engineering team tackled this head-on by integrating #AmazonDynamoDBStreams, #AWSLambda, and #DeltaLake, achieving a fast, efficient, and cost-effective solution for advanced analytics. This approach enables near-real-time ingestion of streaming data from DynamoDB into Amazon S3 in Delta format, empowering faster decision-making and unlocking deeper insights.
