Zambia’s Ministry of Education and the USAID Let’s Read Project held an official handover ceremony yesterday for the Enhanced Performance Tracking System (ePTS), underscoring Zambia’s commitment to digital innovations that support data-driven decision-making, transparency, and accountability across its education system. The ePTS provides educators and the public with real-time access to data on learner performance, school achievements, and teacher efficiency through any internet-enabled device. Permanent Secretary Joel Kamoko of the Ministry of Education demonstrated the use of the ePTS as an important game changer that signifies a leap forward in collecting, managing, and utilizing education data.
