USAID’s Mission Director in #Colombia, Anu Rajaraman received an award from Colombia’s Presidential Agency for International Cooperation for efforts made under our Strengthening Together Activity (STA / “SumaSocial”). The award recognizes STA’s work to enhance the capacities of local #CivilSociety organizations, so that they are more impactful, resilient and sustainable.

Transportation congestion and the resulting car pollution significantly contribute to air quality deterioration, emitting harmful pollutants like carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides, which pose serious health risks and environmental challenges in big cities in #Egypt.     FHI 360 is partnering with Morgan State University, an HBCU, to provide technical training to a USAID Egyptian Pioneers - برنامج رواد وعلماء مصر scholar, who will learn about sustainable architecture and conduct research on sustainable transportation in Egypt.

Conducting timely and reliable Infant and Young Child Feeding (#IYCF) assessments is essential. That's why FHI 360, alongside Action Against Hunger UK, led the development of an IYCF-E Assessment Guide for collecting, analyzing and interpreting IYCF data in emergencies.
