👨🍳 What fun it was to host the chefs & directors from ✶ ✶ ✶ ✶ #Chicago's own Four Corners, which operates exceptional, innovative bars & restaurants across Chicagoland, including Ranalli's Lincoln Park, Federales, Schoolyard, Kirkwood, and Benchmark. 🍔 🍕 🍻 We loved hearing their feedback on our cultivated products 🌭🍝🍕→ 🎯 "Consumers would jump on an animal-free animal product!" 🎯 "I'm all over this. I would order this weekly and would love to be on the ground floor of this food category." 🎯 "If I served 20 of these to customers, 20/20 would love it and wouldn't know it wasn't a conventional bratwurst." 🎯 "Love the 'Tank-to-Table' approach!" 🎯 "I've been following a strict carnivore diet for the past fifteen months and I'm a huge advocate of meat-based diets. If an optimal source of nutrition can be offered to consumers in parity with the current costs of traditionally raised meats, but without the negative ethical implications of factory farming, I suspect reasonable people are going to have a hard time making any other purchasing decision."
