We are very excited to share that EVERY has been granted a seminal patent in the European Union that covers the use of recombinant ovalbumin in a range of applications. It's a major milestone for EVERY given the nature of ovalbumin as a functionality powerhouse.” This pioneering patent covers the dominant protein in eggs — ovalbumin — in wide-ranging ingredient compositions.
