This great ad from a Belgian employment agency specializing in construction and technical skills really resonates with us. While we know the importance of being ever watchful for the latest and best high-tech solutions, we also know that we can't build extraordinary things without our extraordinary people! #acibuilds

ACI Project Engineer, Quinn Campbell, comments on the growing opportunities for women in the construction industry. Well said, Quinn! #aciwic24 #acibuilds https://lnkd.in/ewmF4DX4

As we continue to celebrate Women in Construction Week, it is a good time to celebrate the advances that the Construction industry has made towards closing the wage gap between men and women. Women in the U.S. earn, on average, 82.9 percent of what men make, but the gender pay gap is significantly smaller in construction occupations, with women earning on average 95.5 percent of what men make. #womeninconstructionweek #acibuilds
