The Thomas J. Dyer Company is a full service Mechanical and Plumbing Company that has performed high quality fabrication, installation and service on numerous projects throughout the U.S. since 1908. Our highly skilled team is committed to providing our customers the highest level of service, expertise and professionalism in the market sectors we serve. We are committed to being a leader in our industry by utilizing technology to improve accuracy and efficiency while integrating the latest techniques and products into our work. We have fully invested in 3D Building Information Modeling, GPS based layout solution and on-screen 3D estimating software. We have integrated pre-fabricated assemblies into our work including multi-trade MEP corridor racks, equipment skids, toilet banks, medical gas head walls, and hangers. We look for every opportunity to efficiently improve quality and schedule for our customers. No job is too big or too small for our team to handle. We have completed everything from a simple service repair to the construction of a million square foot hospital. We have the resources, capacity and capability to do the job right, on time and within your budget. Thanks to Mike Heaton and Tyler Jones for representing all the companies! We’ll be joining MadTree, Cincinnati Parks, Cincinnati Parks Foundation, Groundwork, and volunteers from 20 other organizations for the largest tree planting event to ever take place in one day in Cincinnati! The Skywalk connector at the Cincinnati Convention Center is well on its way to being removed. Thomas J. Dyer is proud to be a part of this project that will add so much to our Downtown area. Also, construction of Elm Street Plaza runs parallel to ongoing renovations at the convention center, with an anticipated completion slated for late 2025.

We are proud to share the Duke Energy Convention Center's expansion recent groundbreaking! This renovation and expansion includes replacing 26 air handling units and all of the main #electrical switchgear. Once completed, this building will be 87% #LED!
