The first step in every successful project is identification of our customers' goals and priorities. Of course, every project's success is judged on pre-determined metrics for safety, budget, schedule and quality. But, while those four markers are universal to all construction projects, each customer has their own unique culture, mission, and, therefore, vision of what their construction project should be. Whether you're a hospital with a focus on environmentally-responsible design, or a university concerned about the classroom disruption that will be caused by a renovation, it's vital that we understand those needs, so we can fully serve our clients. Grote Enterprises has been organized with customer service in mind. Each of our departments (Engineering, Construction Planning, Safety, Accounting, Business Development, Human Resources) has been designed to assure the appropriate support and expertise is always available to ensure our customers' utmost satisfaction.
