Independence really grows when the project team feels safe to try things out, make mistakes, and learn from them. I focus on creating a space where mistakes are just part of learning, wins are celebrated, and we're always looking for ways to get better together.

Set Clear Goals: Align the team on shared objectives and vision. Delegate Responsibility: Empower team members to take ownership of tasks. Provide Regular Feedback: Offer constructive input without micromanaging. Ensure Access to Resources: Equip the team with tools, information, and training. Foster Communication: Encourage open collaboration and regular check-ins. Build Trust & Accept Mistakes: Promote a culture of trust and learning from errors. Offer Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching without stifling independence.
