Firstly, identify the root of the power struggle. From my experience they are the byproduct of: 1. Leadership Void: In the absence of leadership someone will try to establish roles and expectations. 2. Unclear Communication: If the message delivered is not the messaged received, the 'water-cooler talk' will create division. 3. Imposter Syndrome: Self-reflection, are you projecting or is it real? If you solve these collaboration and productivity take care of themselves.

As vezes a dificuldade nao está em seu time, ou seja, nas pessoas que respondem diretamente para você. O mais desafiador é engajar os pares rumo a um objetivo maior, e isso muitas vezes apresenta resistências e objeções que o líder do projeto precisará ter muita inteligência emocional, bom preparo em gestão de conflitos, para que seja possível controlar a situação e lidar com os incontornaveis dentro do projeto.

Es una buena señal de que hay competencia , lo que nos toca administrar que esa competencia no afecte los resultados por boicotear. Acá la competencia es lo único que le empuja a todo el equipo adelante , es sano en base de resultados . Las luchas de poder si son por hacer valer vínculos personales y familiares o antigüedades son malos y hay que hacer entender con toda claridad que todos somos iguales , no hay ni mejor ni peor y que la competencia debe ser enfocada en más aportes , Innovaciones, mejoras y nuevas estrategias donde el equipo responsable de la empresa hace ganar a quien nos da de comer a todos : la empresa . Todo esto dentro de un buen ambiente , sana competencia y correctas reglas y éticas claras

Fomentar a comunicação transparente. Escuta ativa estabelecer canais de comunicação onde todos os membros da equipe possam expressar suas opiniões e preocupações de maneira construtiva. A escuta ativa possibilita identificar conflitos e a resolver mal entendidos no grupo. Encontros rotineiros para discutir acertos e progressos alinhando expectativas. Estabelecer responsabilidades definindo quem é quem dentro do processo, e suas obrigações. Mediar conflitos quando surgir algum sem proucurar culpados e sim soluções. Trabalhar habilidades individuais para se ter um resultado excelente em grupo.
