What I think it helps is checking in with each other. My team and I use to go for a coffee together every Monday. Encouraging chatting to discuss how life balance is going, not only about work. Talking about sharing more work experiences across the team can also make a big difference.

Its very important to keep the focus of team towards the Task; planning is done initially to deal with the str. challenges at const. site. Open communication is key; by keeping the team informed about the nature of the issues and the steps being taken to resolve them, you can build trust and reduce uncertainty. Recognizing and acknowledging everyone’s hard work and patience, especially when progress is slow, boosts motivation and reminds the team that their efforts are appreciated.
