BIM serves as an excellent database, and by developing additional programs and utilizing AI and machine learning, we can provide the best decisions quickly. This approach is as follows. 1-creating a template in Revit and required family 2-using API to integrate among Revit, Etabs, and Excel therefore, the estimation, final drawing, and project cost are provided simultaneously.
