Here’s how to guide them effectively: -Encourage the client to reflect on their strengths, achievements, and unique skills. Remind them that self-doubt is a natural part of growth and does not define their capabilities. -Shift their focus from “What if I fail?” to “What if this is my chance to succeed?” -To help them feel ready, practice networking pitches, polish their resume, or do mock interviews. There is less space for doubt the better prepared they are. -Celebrate small wins along the way to boost confidence and reinforce their sense of capability. -Act as a sounding board for their concerns, listening without judgment. Encourage them to seek mentorship or connect with others who have navigated similar transitions successfully.

Believe in themselves. Every individual carries a different perspective about situations and is often shy away from sharing their experiences.Share them. Never underestimate.Apply past learnings in new context after evaluating. Be ready to learn and unlearn. Always remember the first day of your career got started,the bottlenecks,the journey towards achievements big or small.These always give a boost in confidence and strength. Have eyes and ears open to the surroundings.Be observant and empathetic. Remember Things will not change overnight.Keep measurable goals in line with the objectives of the management and have a focussed approach towards it. Communicate with higher ups and keep them posted with the developments on the goals.

Ultimately, a career transition becomes not just an end, but a new beginning of personal and professional growth.

Career transitions can be challenging, as they are full of ambiguity, getting out of comfort zone and jumping into unknown. I usually take on two approaches with my clients in parallel, one to focus on their inner system, helping them to work on their awareness, building a compassionate behavior towards themselves, reflecting and empowering methods to build resilience no matter how the outside world would change. The second approach is the planning and action mode. To work with each other on taking on steps, either it's a resume review, interview role playing, or being their accountable partner to plan and take on a discipline to take steps and see their progress so they can also witness achievements, whether big or small and celebrate it.
