I believe we can start with following: - hold open discussions to find out root causes. Observe verbal and nonverbal cues. - it is very important to listen carefully to every team member regardless of role. Everybody’s point of view is important and you've to make sure that they feel so. - Evaluate roles and responsibilities and make expectations clear. Not every team member is a superstar. Some take time to adapt while some may be new and learning. - Company’s vision, business goals, and departmental/project goals and importance of each team member to achieve goals should be explained so everybody has a purpose. - Be transparent, and keep all team members informed about current affairs of the company and the department/project.

Create a safe space for team members to express their concerns and frustrations openly.Practice active listening to truly understand their perspectives.
