Create an environment and allow team members to open up and share why they are stuck. Focus on the problem first, avoiding attacking the person. Help them release mental limitations by sharing past success stories or examples. Engage in empathetic and active listening. Share with them that 10% of things are always beyond our control, focus on 90%.

Responsible and accountable team members have to be identified before setting up any Team.

As a servant leader, I would always try to create a safe environment for the team and return to the events leading to stagnation. Play a unique game, "Yes and" We will sit in a circle and brainstorm the ideation process to find a solution from a 360-degree angle. The game rules are simple: each individual contributes to a possible solution, and the next person adds to it as "Yes and." This approach fosters self-organization and a sense of accountability, which ignites the spark and culminates in a wildfire of value addition to take down a blocker. Finally, I join them, roll my sleeves up to flex some domain muscles to lead by example and give over the confidence needed.
