One on one sessions are needed. I need to know and understand the pulse of an individual. The team can do anything if they have potential. Trust and beliefs will boost that potential. Appreciate the effort in public and if any guidance needed share it in a close door.

Periodically review and interaction with team is compulsory to understand progress, shortcomings if any, new idea in the process and above all helping team member who is struggling. This will increase team work and also keep morale and confide confidence of team high. Start celebrating small small achievement also to keep the tempo and morale. Effective meeting will help in early diagnosis of problem if any and will help in quick and effective action to overcome all deficiency and have a continual uoward march towards GOAL.
