I don't really believe in the paper certificate based award ceremonies that happens quarterly. If it involves some monetary rewards then sure I am all up for it. I give direct shoutout to my team members in our communication channels which has all the members working on that project. I also inform the department head of their good performance and when done I inform my team that I have informed the dept head about our excellent performance. Something I want to do going forward is to have virtual office lunch together just to celebrate our wins as well as our learnings (all mistakes are learnings)
