Aeronautical Maintenace requires extensive indoctrination training, making a mix of web-based and classroom instruction necessary. Reserving time within the first three months is crucial to complete all training, including technical training - the most critical component, in my opinion. This ensures new hires absorb complex knowledge without immediate work pressures, promoting confidence and competence.

Teach with standing practical participation and give them scenarios for experiencing, note down their response, actions, and highlight where improvement is required, also such activities will be noted down by new hires in their own writing to get it remember themselves. And also it will be helpful in understandable procedures in the way they have memorized it and wrote.

* Know new hires qualification, prior experience of emergency response and language suitable to them * If possible arrange theory and practical training using mix language * After completion of training test the effectiveness * About after a week again do a mock drill * Take briefing session on gaps identified during mock drill * If any point identified need to be taken care by management then take CAPA * Again arrange a mock drill after one month to test learning of emergency preparedness by new hires * Then plan Quarterly mock drill to always make all employees and new hires equipped with emergency preparedness to handle and face any emergency situations. * Always change mock drill scenarios for maximum effectiveness and exposure

Mindset. First, they need to realize and feel their jobs, their roles, either its regular or on emergency. Orientation program is an effective tool for new hires to understand where they are and for what they are. Theoretical with mostly interactive ways, Practical and On-Job Training programs will get them habituated to do their works in a better way. Special training as needed on urgency or emergency hour in everybody's role should be identified and make them ready with practical and mock training. Feedback after training from both end trainer and worker will help worker to act as required at the time emergency hour. It should be repeated fortnightly or sometimes surprise mock drill to see how they act at that time.
