One of the ways I stay relevant is by sharing life. I am a Forgiveness coach and my area is needed in a huge way. There are alot of angry and broken people out there and they need a way to heal. There is a lot of life coaches out there, but there is also a lot of need. And the fact you can find a coach for almost anything, that is what makes it relevant. You are nolonger stuck in a box with few options. It's great!!

Life coaching expands as we bring our previous expertise to bear on the psychology, mindset issues that challenge all. Although new issues arise hourly in today's 24/7, technological age, the root causes that resolve emotional wounds, carer and relationship roadblocks remain the same. Relevance is often based on marketing, timing and personality more so than a unique solution to depression or learned helplessness. Glad to have life coaches making an impact because they fill a gap that our doctors don't address. I've found serious life coaches and therapists helping clients overcome, even resolve major mental and physical conditions like cancer, tinnitus, lupus, addiction, etc., when these conditions still perplex medical science.

As a new coach, I believe staying relevant starts with embracing a beginner’s mindset. I’ve found that leaning into curiosity and openness is incredibly powerful. This means actively listening to clients, observing emerging trends without feeling the need to follow every one, and experimenting with what works for me and my practice. Also focusing on building foundational habits - like consistently reflecting on client feedback, always being open to refining my approach, and staying aligned with my passions. Relevancy isn’t just about keeping up - it’s about showing up authentically and creating meaningful connections.

The life coaching industry is rapidly evolving, and staying relevant means adapting to emerging trends and integrating diverse approaches. Just like Reiki, which is now embraced by over 800 hospitals across the U.S. and practiced by nearly 4 million people from all walks of life, I believe in bringing a holistic and balanced approach to coaching and leadership. With nearly two decades of experience in corporate life and leadership, I understand the complexities of personal and professional growth. As an immigrant who has overcome introvert anxieties, chronic autoimmune disorders, I bring a unique blend of intuitive, spiritual coaching and healing to my sessions.
