Clarify Roles: Make sure everyone knows what they’re responsible for. A clear task list or plan can help avoid confusion. Encourage Open Communication: Have a team chat to listen to everyone’s concerns and make sure everyone’s expectations are clear. Recognize All Contributions: Acknowledge everyone’s efforts, even if they’re not leading the task. Celebrate team wins together. Promote Teamwork: Encourage collaboration and remind everyone that it’s about the team’s success, not just individual tasks. Assign Based on Strengths: Give tasks to people based on what they’re good at and what interests them. Flexibility helps, too, if someone wants to take on something new.
