Inform the team that what we do here makes a difference in others lives. Come with the attitude and motivation that when we do our part, we are not just providing for our families, we are guaranteeing others provide for theirs.

A few most important points which I would share within the team, would be - 1. Trusting the team members and giving them equal opportunity to work which needs the attention, based on their capabilities and capacity. 2. Work as a team to get it through the situations. 3. Once the emerging situation has been resolved, team members should be appreciated for their hard work.

A quick "how are you holding up?" shows that you genuinely care and helps you, as the team leader/business owner to understand what your people need to stay motivated. And because I believe that you, the leader, know you team better than anyone else, you can always reflect on these questions: -How do you model the energy or mindset you want your team to adopt? -What’s one way you could make your team feel more empowered during challenging times?. It starts with you!
