Several ways I handle the conflicts in group settings:- ✔ Stay Neutral: I create a safe, judgment-free environment for all participants. ✔ Promote Empathy: I encourage participants to view the situation through others’ perspectives. ✔ Turn Conflict into Growth: I use these moments to teach collaboration and strengthen group dynamics.
