I work exclusively with neurodivergent clients who often feel already overwhelmed when it comes to things like long term planning/goals. So, controversially, I rarely ‘set’ them unless there is a request to do so from the clients end. We discuss the journey at the beginning of working together and have frequent check-ins. Otherwise, we focus on celebrating the small wins in every session/day/week which builds momentum & dopamine hits. By learning how to do this, the client gradually feels less overwhelmed as their journey progresses and before they know it- they’re already well on their way to achieving the bigger things they set themselves to achieve, all whilst building healthier relationships ships with how they view & treat themselves✨

I help my clients clarify their purpose i.e. the core reason that drives them every day. This clarity brings conviction in their decisions and actions. However, if motivation fades, I’ll help them reconnect with their purpose, as this is what will keep them consistent and disciplined, especially on days that they don’t feel up to it. I always remind my clients that It is when they show up on these days that makes the difference.

When I am engaged with a long-term client, we have already worked through mindset shifts and values. We have established an accountability partner framework that works for them. And we have defined areas of life that need attention. The best way to keep them engaged is to meet consistently. Clients that enter into a coaching relationship are usually making some kind of shift or transition in life. The long-term clients know the value of having a coach to hold space for them because they have experienced it first hand. My clients share the life changing breakthroughs they experience and it keeps us both engaged!
