Time-block sessions: Dedicate specific hours solely for coaching to stay focused. Delegate admin work: Outsource or automate repetitive tasks to lighten your load. Prioritize impact: Focus on tasks that directly benefit your clients and business. Set boundaries: Avoid letting admin work spill into coaching time. Balancing priorities ensures your sessions stay impactful while managing urgent tasks efficiently.

ime Block for Coaching – Reserve non-negotiable time slots for client sessions. Delegate Admin Tasks – Hand off tasks like scheduling or invoicing to an assistant or automation tools. Prioritize and Trim – Focus on urgent admin tasks and defer or eliminate non-essential ones. Use Prep Templates – Streamline session prep with reusable outlines or question sets. Batch Admin Work – Handle similar tasks in focused blocks to free up mental space for coaching. Set Boundaries – Limit admin interruptions during coaching hours.

I’d say that in the hustle of admin demands, it's vital to prioritise coaching sessions. Embrace time management by delegating tasks that don't require your unique touch. Trusting an assistant or virtual helper not only lightens your workload but also nurtures your core mission of supporting clients. Remember, when you prioritise your time wisely, you create space for meaningful connections and transformative breakthroughs too! ⭐️👇🏼⭐️

(edited)This is a great question, and one I’m often asked. Some strategies I would implement would be: 1. Create some clear boundaries for when you handle admin tasks ✔️ 2. Time block and manage your time effectively - use your timer ⏱️ 3. Delegate or automate: there’s some great software out there to take advantage of to save you time 💻 4. Revisit your priorities: Regularly remind yourself that coaching is your primary goal and long term focus 💡 5. Lastly reflect and reset: At the end of week evaluate and see where you are spending most of your time ✍️ Thanks for reading 🙏✨
