This is my fav topic! I face obstacles everyday - people. I'm always learning, connecting with a few who are open to discuss and upskilling. Now, if you are always working, taking part in academic activities to have some fun, taking up new initiatives to bring change, then your colleagues are not going to like it. What happens? They try to push more responsibilities on to you. Upon that, they give a silent treatment and try unethical ways to bring down your confidence. Trust me, you start feeling very confident at the end of the day.
