Back-to-back coaching sessions can feel like running a marathon, so treat your energy like a runner would—strategically! Start by fueling yourself: eat light, nourishing meals and stay hydrated (water and a touch of caffeine can work wonders). Between sessions, do a quick reset—stretch, take deep breaths, or step outside for a moment. A 5-minute mindfulness practice can clear your mental slate like magic. Use a system to streamline session prep and notes—don’t overthink transitions. And during sessions, stay present and engaged; ironically, focused energy creates more energy. Lastly, plan a longer break afterward to recharge. Remember, sustainable energy isn’t about sprinting—it’s about pacing yourself to finish strong.

I take short breaks between sessions to recharge mentally. I stay hydrated and have light snacks to keep my energy up. I practice deep breathing or quick meditation to refocus. I maintain a positive mindset by reflecting on client progress. I switch up my coaching approach to keep things fresh. I set clear boundaries to avoid burnout and maintain balance. I celebrate small victories, even in back-to-back sessions, to stay motivated.

Time-block breaks: Schedule short intervals between sessions to recharge. Stay hydrated and snack: Keep water and healthy snacks nearby for sustained energy. Practice mindfulness: Use quick breathing exercises to reset your focus. Prioritize self-care: Ensure adequate rest and relaxation outside your coaching hours. Sustaining energy requires intentional breaks, nourishment, and mental resets throughout the day.

I teach 20 sessions a week plus work full time at age 55. I do this by: Prioritising Self-Care: adequate rest, nutrition, and hydration before and between sessions to maintain energy levels. Mindful Breathing: I practice deep breathing exercises between sessions to centre myself and release any built-up tension. Set Intentional Breaks: Schedule short breaks to recharge mentally and physically, even if it's just for a few minutes. Maintain Focus: Stay present with each client to prevent burnout, keeping your energy dedicated to their needs. Reflect & Reframe: After each session, take a moment to reflect on progress, which helps stay motivated and energized for the next.

1.Prioritize hydration during sessions and quick snacks between sessions. 2.Schedule a 5 mins walk between sessions with mindful breathing and complete body stretch at the end of it. At the end of the day, dedicate time to unwind and recharge.

I'd take short, intentional breaks between sessions to reset. And prepare by fueling myself with healthy foods and staying hydrated. Staying present and focused on each client individually would help me maintain my energy and enthusiasm.

Sustaining energy during consecutive coaching sessions requires strategic self-care. Prioritize breaks to recharge—use deep breathing, stretching, or a quick walk. Stay hydrated, snack on energy-boosting foods, and focus on active listening to stay present. Mentally reset between sessions by briefly reflecting on wins, then shift focus to the next client. Lastly, maintain clear boundaries to prevent overextension and ensure you bring your best self to each session

To maintain my energy during daily sessions, I rely on the same simple strategies like the others, but sometimes, when I've had a marathon of meetings and haven't had enough time to relax, I use an additional trick. I start the session with an exercise that helps the client arrive in the moment and focus. This exercise includes some deep breathes and a brief status analysis: How is the client feeling right now? What has been achieved since the last meeting? How has the goal changed from the beginning to now? This reflection at the beginning gives the client a moment to consciously engage in the session and for me it is a valuable opportunity to take some deep beaths, check my own energy and set the focus for the work ahead.
