Ich würde eine Plus-Minus-Liste erstellen, um die Entscheidungsgrundlage klar darzustellen. Dabei betone ich die Pluspunkte und motiviere die Person, diese eigenständig oder mit Unterstützung umzusetzen. Bei den Minuspunkten gehe ich individuell auf die Herausforderungen ein, um zu klären, ob ein Scheideweg wirklich nötig ist oder ob eine Beratung mit allen Beteiligten Klarheit schaffen kann. Ist der Weg eindeutig, liegt der Fokus auf den positiven Aspekten. Regelmässige Absprachen stellen sicher, dass der Prozess reflektiert und bei Bedarf angepasst werden kann.
