Share your reaction to the fall of Assad in Syria

We would like to hear from Syrian refugees, the diaspora and anyone affected by the regime change

Crowds in Syria have been celebrating the end of five decades of dynastic rule following the fall of the dictator Bashar al-Assad who has fled to Moscow.

People waved the Syrian revolutionary flag and pulled down statues and portraits of the president and his father, Hafez. Families have been reunited with loved ones long lost to the dark of the regime’s notorious prison system.

We would like to hear your reaction to the fall of Assad in Syria. Whether you live in the country or are a Syrian refugee living in another part of the world, what does the regime change mean to you? How have you, your friends and family been affected? If you are a refugee are you planning to return? We’re also interested in hearing from those living in Syria and their experience.
