Designed by S M Tam Architect, the 28,901-square-foot structure will yield nine residential units with an average scope of 711 square feet, as well as 16,568 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and a 5,931-square-foot community facility on levels two and three. The 90-percent complete project sold for $9.8 million this summer to an undisclosed buyer under the Sunrise Brooklyn LLC. The property is located on an interior lot between 8th and 9th Avenues.
