We had the pleasure of working with Hannah Floyd at Pi SQ - Furniture Consultancy who were appointed to fit out a project for Coventry City Council – ‘The Job Shop’. The focus of the project was to create a welcoming multi-functional and flexible environment for those seeking employment, education or training. Our Busypods were chosen for their earthy wood aesthetic and acoustic properties, perfect for meetings, training and private calls. Our shack was also integrated into the design providing a collaborative working space, both products can be easily moved and are excellent flexible furniture solutions for ever-changing environments. Taking the centre stage this week is AstraZeneca's revamped People Hub at their 101-acre Macclesfield campus. Tsunami Axis in collaboration with Taylor & Martin Design, were appointed to create a more sustainable and flexible working environment, designed to enhance employee collaboration and engagement. Another case study has landed on our website! Aurora Energy Research required a new office space that better suited their growth, emphasising connectivity and functionality. Morgan Lovell brought their design to life in their new 38,000 sq ft office in the heart of Oxford in only 12 weeks. The design utilised a "workplace sandwich" approach, positioning meeting rooms at one end and quiet zones at the other, with collaborative spaces in between. Workagile partnered with Morgan Lovell to provide Huddlebox tiered seating and Nimble tables for their meeting areas and social hub. The oak finishes complimented the colour scheme, and the products successfully met the project's goals of improving collaboration, promoting sustainability, and creating a more cooperative work environment, fostering a strong sense of community and effective teamwork.
