Director of CX, Work Networks. Unashamed enthusiast for enterprise social networks. Indefatigable generalist.

Comms Reboot incoming! Stephen Lee and I will be flying the flag for Team Work Networks. We make it our mission to uplift and celebrate comms teams here at WN. We believe that digital employee experience should make a difference to actual employee experience. Comms teams are the original masters of delivering this! Look forward to a day of hastily scribbled notes, silent 'ooh's exchanged across the room with Stephen Lee, and a headful of ideas. Oh and seeing Advita Patel and Jenni Field for the first time in ages too 🙂 #commsreboot #internalcomms

  • Do you need help on your post-Workplace journey? Staying platform-agnostic and focused on impact allows us to help organisations find what truly aligns with their goals. Check out Jen Draper’s reflections on our Assess and Match offer!

Reflecting on the post-Workplace journey so far... I’ve had the privilege of developing and running the Work Networks Assess and Match offer since the ‘bomb dropped’, and it’s turned out to be an incredibly rewarding experience. A few things that have really stood out for me: 1. Staying Platform-Agnostic – We’ve been able to offer honest, unbiased advice, always focused on what’s best for our customer, not what’s easiest to sell, cheapest or just offers a like-for-like replacement 2. Focusing on the Bigger Picture – It's been refreshing to get back to what digital platforms are really for; driving real, meaningful change aligned with key organisational goals. 3. Adding Value Beyond Comms – By stepping back, we’ve uncovered opportunities to add broader organisational value, beyond ‘just’ improving communication. This journey has been about trust, purpose, and making a real impact. If you're interested in reading more, check out the full blog post! https://lnkd.in/ehrE_5-y
