This brings our total number of first aiders to 18 across the business, spanning both office and field-based roles. Delivered by our fantastic training partner Ryan Ridgway, the course equips our team with essential skills to support mental well-being in the workplace and beyond. We’re building a supportive environment where our team feel empowered. Prioritising our team's safety is at the heart of what we do, and this extends to supporting their well-being too.

Doubling this site’s battery storage capacity while maximising the existing grid offer, under Sinewave’s Major Projects division. Electrifying the Future of London’s Buses 🚍⚡ We’re proud to continue our partnership with Transport UK (formerly operating as Abellio), working for Zenobē to support the electrification of London’s bus depots and advancing the city's vision for zero-carbon by 2030. Following the successful programme of works at the Walworth bus depot, we’re working on exciting new projects to help transform bus depots across the city. This current project with Transport UK is no small feat. We’re running over 2km of Aluminium HV Triplex cable through complex London infrastructure, going through junctions, under bridges, and across multiple joint bays. In fact, this cable stretches so far, it passes through two London councils on its path to connection. With the recent energisation of this project, look out for more updates as we'll be sharing key moments from the build. It’s a tradition we started nearly 10 years ago, just a small gesture to spread a little holiday cheer and a reminder of how much we’ve grown. 👏 Celebrating Sinewave’s Longest-Serving Legend! With over 8 years under his belt, Neil Berry is officially Sinewave's longest-serving team member! As a Senior Project Engineer, he’s a cornerstone of the team, always going the extra mile to support projects and sharing his expertise with everyone around him. If you were to look up the definition of #Teamsinewave in the dictionary, we're certain you'd find one of the pictures in this post! ☕ And if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that Neil runs on caffeine and dedication – bring him a coffee, and you’re guaranteed to be his favourite (at least for the morning). 🗣️ “Neil represents some of the best of #TeamSinewave. Here’s a sneak peek at one of our current projects, captured from the skies! 🚁 Based in the South West, the team is busy setting the foundations for upcoming structures as we prepare to connect a 32MW solar farm to the grid. Spanning an incredible 137 acres, this 132kV site will play a key role in supporting the UK’s 2025 renewable energy and carbon reduction targets. We're carrying out full ICP works on this project, and we are proud to be delivering turnkey solutions that make a real impact.
