Jane Parker lives in the 3,000th believe housing property to undergo home energy improvement works, part-funded by the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). Christmas kicks off at RE:GEN HQ! 🎄 We’ve officially stepped into December in true RE:GEN style – with our big Christmas light switch-on to mark the start of the festivities! So far, we've upgraded 1,659 homes and successfully completed 1,359 TrustMark lodgements across the North East and North West—helping make homes warmer, greener, and more affordable for residents. 🙌 With Wave 3 firmly in focus bringing with it the introduction of the Clean Heat Fund initiative, aimed at supporting the deployment of low-carbon heating solutions in social housing - we're delighted to report the delivery of our first funded heat pump installations on retrofit projects. This milestone ensures we’re fully prepared to ramp up delivery in the coming year. Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme is all about getting the mind and body moving! 💚🧠 To support this, we gave our team the opportunity to use the gym for 'Stretch and Speak' sessions, combining light exercise with open conversations to boost both mental and physical health. We also encouraged 'Walk and Talk' sessions throughout the group, offering everyone a chance to get moving and connect with one another.
