Group Lotus new headquarters in Clerkenwell’s historic Ragged School has been transformed into a dynamic hub that merges heritage with innovative design. This workspace promotes creativity with multifunctional ribbon desks and vibrant digital branding, while preserving original features like exposed brick walls and wooden beams. Sustainability was key, with energy-efficient lighting and retained herringbone wood flooring. Adaptive spaces include multifunctional meeting rooms and tranquil areas, and previously unused subfloors have been repurposed into functional spaces. This new headquarters reflects Lotus’s heritage and forward-thinking vision. In partnership with Techspace, we transformed a former Gin Distillery into a flexible office space that doubles its original capacity, supporting their growing member companies.  The design combines industrial-style offices with carefully planned breakout and collaborative spaces, enabling seamless teamwork and providing areas for focused work.  Sustainability was central to the project, with furniture and materials reused wherever possible, while original features like exposed concrete and timber beams were preserved to reflect the building’s history.
