We’re proud to announce that our Insight Direct site in Sheffield has been awarded ‘Excellent’ site status by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), achieving a score of 41/45 during their recent visit. 🌟 The CCS is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to raising standards in the construction industry. By voluntarily registering, sites commit to going beyond statutory requirements to meet the scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice. This code focuses on three key areas: ◼️ Respect the Community ◼️ Care for the Environment ◼️ Value the Workforce As part of our commitment to these principles, we introduced a wellness room on site to support the wellbeing of the team during construction—a small amenity that makes a big difference. Achieving such a high score reflects our focus on creating safe, sustainable, and inclusive environments, not just for our clients but for everyone involved in the process. Take a look inside Bedford Street Studios 🗝️ Working alongside Valeo Capital and Quartz Project Services, we turned a former department store in Leamington Spa into 95,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. Designed to attract tenants pre-completion, the space combines energy efficiency, modern functionality, and heritage restoration. From a full strip-out and façade refurbishment to new building services and a sleek Cat A fit out, every element was crafted to deliver a versatile, high-quality workspace. ✨ The swift delivery allowed the tenant to assume occupancy even before completion, with phased works enabling early tenancy. Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting The Senator Group's HQ and factories to gain further understanding of how their products are made and learn more about each of their sub-brands: Allermuir, Torasen, Teal Furniture and Sustain. ✨   Our visit began at their HQ, where we had a presentation to get an overview of the company and explored their impressive showroom. We then toured their multiple factories to see the craftsmanship behind their products first-hand.   From the robot-assisted desktop production line to the upholstery factory filled with fabrics and furniture, and the engineering factory showcasing metalwork and welding techniques, it was brilliant to see the process in action. ⚙️   A big thank you to David Sellars and the team at The Senator Group for hosting us and giving us such an insightful experience. This visit gave us a valuable understanding of the craftmanship and innovation behind their products, helping us continue to deliver exceptional spaces for our clients.
