Event production company London Filmed has announced the launch of a sister company, New York Filmed, as co-founders aim to establish a presence in the US market and capture a new audience. Earlier this week, we produced one of our final events of the year with the Financial Times, and it was a good’n! For The Financial Times Business Book of the Year Awards, our team provided full event production, AV, set building, and event filming services including a highlights video, as well as photography. We created a fully carpeted stage with a branded seven-panel backdrop, with projection screens on each side for in-room video feeds and graphics. The centre of the room featured six branded plinths showcasing the shortlisted books, while an adjacent room offered a step-and-repeat photography area and a dedicated book signing corner. Event production with London Filmed - what the set up day looks like! Here’s a behind the scenes look at what was involved for The Spectator Parliamentarian Awards evening. From installing a branded backdrop and a fully carpeted stage with a 6x3m LED screen, to fine-tuning lighting, sound, and live video footage. Our team worked hard to ensure every detail was perfect for this prestigious evening!

This year, we’ve had a fantastic time working with The Spectator on a few events! The latest of which was the Parliamentarian of The Year Awards 2024 in the Old War Offices in Whitehall, where we provided full Event Production, AV, and Set Building! We built a fully carpeted 12x2m stage and installed a 6x4m LED wall flanked by four fabric-wrapped panels, which we had printed with additional rosette decals. We took the client’s brief and utilised clever stage design to make their vision a reality. We also supplied full Audio-Visual services throughout the event - including dynamic lighting to compliment the branding and create a celebratory feel for the award announcements!

Last week we supported the National Residential Landlords Association - NRLA Landlord Conference, capturing expert talks, creating a highlights video, and photographing the event for their social channels and future marketing materials.
