WOMEN IN CLIMATE BREAKFAST This time yesterday we hosted a Women in Climate Breakfast in partnership with Just Climate. Positive takeaways from the session; ✔ Find all the commonality you can. Engage with people on the wavelength they’re actually on rather than where you wish they were. ✔ Leave the self-righteousness at the door. Not everybody shares your passions and they don’t have to! Focus on demonstrating where you can add value. ✔ It’s okay to change the plan. Just because the ground moves from under your feet doesn’t mean the end goal has to change. Focus on the mission and recognise that the path to success is rarely linear! ✔ Shifting the metrics of success. Don’t get overly bogged down by the benchmarks or what competitors are doing. Mental Health Week- How do we manage ours? Last week we went for a team spin, great to get out of our heads when the market is challenging. On an individual basis, it’s finding what personally makes you tick – here are some team favourites:- Eliza Hughes D'Aeth- Books museum and theatre trips -if none in the diary, she knows the balance is off! Rachael Ferguson- Time alone to recharge - favourite place is Greenwich park on her bike before the day starts.  Thomas Bailey- Playing as many different sports as possible. Tarryn Thomson- On the badminton court and spending time with Friends.  Annabelle Forde-Johnston- Pilates and cooking dinner with friends.
