As 2024 comes to a close, we couldn’t be more proud of the incredible milestones we’ve achieved as a team here at Leadenhall Search & Selection. We would also like to thank our fantastic network for engaging with our insights throughout the year. ✨ We’ve seen 6 members of our team rise through the promotion pathway, and as a result we’ve had 6 celebrations to match their hard work and dedication ranging from meals out to mini golf. Watching our people grow and thrive is always one of the highlights of the year! 🌟 We welcomed 10 exceptional new members to our flock. They’ve brought fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a lot of energy, which has been instrumental to our success. 🌍 Now operating in Singapore, Australia, Japan, Kuala Lumpur, and Riyadh, we’ve made huge strides internationally. Focusing on the US, we have worked on mandates in 27 different states. 2/3 of the roles across our desks are now US-based, a testament to how much we have expanded our network. We’re excited for the continued growth and impact we’re having across the globe in 2025. ⚖️ Our legal desk, focusing primarily on senior in-house positions across Florida, Texas and New York, have delivered top results for our clients and candidates. We have received very positive feedback on their efficiency, drive and capability. 💛 At Leadenhall, we are committed to supporting the communities around us. This year, we raised an incredible £7,187 for charity through various initiatives. Our whole team got involved, and we couldn’t be prouder of the impact we’ve made.
