HomeViews is the only independent review platform for residential developments in the UK. Prospective buyers and tenants use it to make an informed decision on where to live based on insights from carefully verified resident reviews. HomeViews also provides powerful data insights, marketing and reputation management tools for the UK’s residential property sector. Launched in February 2019 and with over 44,000 reviews across 2,600 developments to date, the platform places particular emphasis on the Build to Rent sector, with over 92% coverage of completed schemes. HomeViews was acquired by Rightmove in February 2024, further reinforcing its standing as the industry's definitive review platform.
